Basically, the exam is an attempt at answering all the questions that are commonly asked by law school admission officers. All the questions in the exam are basically designed to find out whether or not you understand certain aspects of the subject matter. The exam also tries to determine if you have the right analytical thinking to succeed in a legal career.
What will the case study exam look like? It will normally consist of around fifty or so multiple choice questions that are fairly easy to answer. Some of them will even require the use of charts and graphs so that the questions can be more accurately assessed.
Some people have trouble with the multiple choice part of the case study because they tend to go back too fast. If that happens, just keep trying until you find an answer that works.
There will be a section where you will get to write some of your own case study questions. This isn’t recommended, but it will give you something to think about when answering the real ones.
It is important to remember that if you have any questions on your mind about any part of the case study test, you should talk to a GMAT consultant before you take it. Many consultants have had their time to study for the exam, and they know what to look for in order to avoid getting caught. And there will always be questions about it that are unique to every sample.
It’s also a good idea to take the exam several times over the course of the summer, to prepare yourself for the different type of questions that will be presented to you. You will also benefit from a little more understanding of the types of cases that you’ll be working on.
If you feel that you are ready to take the case study exam, you can start shopping around for a practice GMAT tutor. They’re not hard to find and you should easily be able to find one in your local area. You might even find one online, which will be even easier.
Take the sample test and see how well you do. Sometimes the questions will be similar to those in the actual exam, but sometimes you will need to get creative. Don’t worry about taking the entire sample on the first try. Take a few and see which ones come up first when you answer the questions.
Take the sample test again and take another pass/fail score. Write them down so that you can compare your score to what you wrote down in the original test. This will help you decide if you can handle the case study test.
Another good idea is to take a course online instead of taking the GMAT. tutor. There are a lot of online courses that you can take as a refresher or as well as a way to learn the process of the exam.
Taking a class through an online course will give you access to lots of information about the case study test, the types of questions that will be asked, and how to prepare yourself for it. It also gives you a good idea of what you can expect once you take it. You’ll be able to compare the questions that are being asked and how they should be answered to ensure that you have a clear understanding of everything you need to know.
You should be able to do this over time, rather than sitting down and doing it all at once. And you’ll have more time to prepare for the GMAT, which means more opportunities for studying and more preparation for the GMAT exam.
